By using the website gomaximelbourne.com or booking our transport services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation call or message from Go Maxi Melbourne.
- We will contact you within 10 minutes of receiving your online booking request.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. No additional charges will be applied without prior agreement.
- Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the trip (drop-off).
- We accept cash, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and EFTPOS.
- NDIS transport payments are accepted in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged a fee at our discretion.
- To cancel, please call or WhatsApp us on 0430 561 147.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Passengers must treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
- Eating, drinking (except water) or smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring all luggage and belongings are loaded and unloaded.
- Go Maxi Melbourne accepts no responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
Wheelchair & Accessibility Services
- Wheelchair and NDIS bookings must be made in advance to ensure the correct vehicle is available.
- Passengers must advise us of any specific accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
- Our drivers are trained to assist passengers with mobility needs with care and respect.
Airport Transfers
- We track flights in real time and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge.
- Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time is included for airport pickups.
- Additional waiting time beyond 60 minutes may incur a charge.
Liability
- Go Maxi Melbourne holds all required licences and insurance to operate as a transport provider in Victoria.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or events outside our control.
- Passengers travel at their own risk in relation to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
